That is exactly what has been happening ever since it passed. Polling data show the American people want substantial changes to it. Members, even Democrats, have said they want some change. But nothing gets voted on that will actually make a real change in the law. It is the plan of President Obama and Senator Reid to accept no change. Indeed, Senator Reid has made clear his plan is to move to a single-payer system.…”
