I find it very interesting that we are going to continue operating the service which costs the money, but if I took the money and stopped the service we all of a sudden can't fix all the things that you want to fix. My gosh, the bottom line is they need to quit operating the service and then use it for what the gentleman says they should use the money for, of the bridges and the operating of the infrastructure.
