These parties, both sides--do not forget, the tobacco industry is in here, too, asking us to approve it, and the tobacco industry also does not want to talk about how much they are paying these plaintiffs' lawyers. So they have asked us to review it. In effect, they have suggested in testimony before my Committee on the Judiciary that we approve it and analyze it fairly and justly, and that is our responsibility.
