Mr. President, while the Senator is still here, I recall--Senator Cornyn is a member of the Budget Committee and knowledgeable about these issues--that we have had one budget actually presented to the Senate, and that was the President's budget. It was scored by the Congressional Budget Office, which shows that under the President's budget, the debt of the United States would increase by $13 trillion in 10 years. I do not know if the Senator is aware, but I would ask him is he aware of how much additional revenue would come to the government if the President's proposal on corporate jet taxation were to be imposed, and would that make a difference in the $13,000 trillion that would be added to the debt in the next 10 years?
