We have a motion here, a suggestion and an attack on the Secretary of Defense who is leading a war effort. Let me ask the Senator from Arizona, who served in the military courageously and who has been actively engaged in trying to help us be successful in this war, is he troubled that the resolution and remarks that are made, even recognizing we are in an election cycle, could be such that they would add to the risk and difficulties our soldiers face?
