I am pleased we were able to work out an agreement that $100,000 will be authorized for that purpose. Methane is one of the cleanest of all burning fuels. Methane produces good energy and, at the same time, it is very clean energy. The fact that we can draw the cleanest of all burning fuels from land within the United States is a good thing that we should be promoting. This is the kind of energy production that should be promoted in the country. I am glad we are moving forward finally to get this settled so we can enhance the production of coalbed methane throughout the country.
