What we need to do is have a real live debate on this floor where we figure out that America should become energy independent. That means we would be able to not only produce the oil and the energy from this country, but we would be able to have the jobs that come from that. I believe the charge that is equally fair today is to say that it is Ms. Pelosi's public policy that built Dubai. We should quit building Dubai.
