We need to protect our endangered species, but we need to do it in a smart way.

They want that freedom, that independence, and right now we can do that.

I ask this Subcommittee to fully fund the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund and put the highest priority on projects which have the biggest impact on our U.S. economy.
