I would ask all of our colleagues to join the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Turner) and the gentleman from California (Mr. Waxman) and myself in supporting the Prescription Drug Fairness Act. Let us pass it and maybe we will be able to save those dollars.

I would say that everything we can think of is a part of the solution. We shouldn't take anything off of the table. We are in an energy crisis and we must be considering every opportunity that we possibly have facing us.
