We have the opportunity to help children, we have the opportunity to help people, and if we cannot reach out and let them know, and make certain that they know about the programs that can provide a better quality of life, then we make serious mistakes. That is why I commend the gentlewoman for the work that she is doing in trying to accomplish just that task. We can make a difference in people's lives if the word can reach them, if we can do the things that help make their task a little bit easier in getting the quality of care that they need and deserve.
