I would like to remind or at least acknowledge to the committee that CFTC's funding is up 49 percent since 2010 when the Dodd-Frank bill was presented, 49 percent increase in funding. Mr. Chairman, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Goodlatte), the former chairman of the House Agriculture Committee and the current chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
