The Farmers to Families Food Box Program (FFFBP) was the victim of a rushed process that included no engagement with current distributors and nonprofits and resulted in cherry-picked contractors who were not qualified.

The first meeting I was in this morning, a gentleman said, 'Do you want to beat people or win people?'

The real question for me, though, is who pays for it?
