I would simply say for the record that all of the bill was negotiated--except for the SNAP title--in good faith with my colleagues on the other side of the aisle. Not once did they mention anything on many of these issues that were just brought up, but we did have an agreement on those non-SNAP titles. It was a SNAP title, quite frankly, that caused the rift. Mr. Chair, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Thompson), my colleague, the chairman of the Nutrition Subcommittee.
