What you're really talking about is an attack on the American lifestyle. We have built a Nation predicated on cheap gasoline because it has always had cheap gasoline, and we've built suburbs. We've expanded into rural areas. We've built a lifestyle that demands low gasoline prices. And what we are telling Americans is that this Democratic-led Congress wants high gasoline prices and wants to attack the American lifestyle.
