I think I speak for most of my members on my side of the aisle that we do not view Russia as our friend.

There is too much at stake to do anything less.

DHS's primary goal is to keep America safe. Achieving this goal requires every administration to make DHS a priority.

It is incumbent that the Trump administration and Congress must change this.
