I think we all need to come to grips with the fact that, you know, we have a choice as Americans, we are either going to be involved in the world and that is going to include sometimes making some sacrifices, or we are going to choose to not be involved in the world and that is going to mean that we are in many cases in this new world a victim of things that come to our shores.
