My amendment simply requires any new U.S. commitments under Paris come to Congress along with an economic analysis.

It also requires any future commitments by the United States to be subjected to congressional notification.

We can all agree the climate is changing, as Secretary Pompeo testified to, and that we need to take positive steps to address it.
