I was very optimistic about Taiwan and the United States jointly producing drones.

The language that we passed in our National Defense Authorization Act authorizes this type of cooperation between Taiwan and the United States on the co-production of UAV systems.

We can do both. We're a great nation. And the fact of the matter is, unfortunately, this administration has chosen not to secure the border.

Those certifications are important with the United States government.
