We have to take it seriously that there could be sleeper cells in the United States.
If – the bottom line is, Putin has to agree to a 30-day cease-fire for any peace talks to go forward.
I think the courts are going to decide this one, as to whether this invasion, in fact, constitutes what would be a state...
I do believe that it was an unintended consequence that needs to be fixed.
