If Mr. Putin does not agree to a 30-day cease-fire, I think these sanctions are almost certain.
The apprehension rate at the border, and Texas is the biggest one, has gone down to almost zero.
I think the courts are going to decide this one, as to whether this invasion, in fact, constitutes what would be a state...
