the 9/11 Commission basically said that 9/11 was a result of a failure of imagination.

It seems to me that there are always lessons learned from other events in the past in the Federal Government.

I believe that the size and management of that operation, lots of serious mistakes made, and should never be repeated.

I think that was an important point that I was not aware of. I think perhaps we can change that as well.
