“Mr. Speaker, House Resolution 858 provides for consideration of H.R. 3590, the Halt Tax Increases on the Middle Class and Seniors Act and the Restoring Access to Medication Act. The rule provides for 1 hour of debate equally divided among the majority and minority of the Committee on Ways and Means. As is standard with all legislation pertaining to the Tax Code, the Committee on Rules has made no further amendments in order.
