The last time I looked at that study by McKissick out of Stanford, for two diagnostic groups within the State of California, only that being chest pain and acute myocardial infarction, the cost was in the billions; and when we extrapolate that over hundreds of diagnostic codes over the 50 States, obviously that is a significant number of dollars.
