Wow, the very guy who's in charge of the whole shindig cannot do his own taxes, so he has to hire it out. So if this learned individual, who is the IRS Commissioner, cannot figure out how to do his own income taxes without a preparer, how in the world is the average Joe supposed to be able to figure this out?…”
