It is disingenuous for anyone to say that this committee has not done its work of oversight.

It sounds like the system was blinking red. It sounds like the traffic cop held his hand up and said, 'Stop. Don't do this.'

So the EPA needs to quit slow walking, and you don't need legislative action.
