I have a bill with Henry Cuellar of Laredo. It is a bipartisan bill to repeal the ban on physician-owned hospitals.
You are sending kids out there and you do not know where they are going or who they are going to.
This is a very serious matter and we haven't talked about it enough.
I voted against the No Surprises Act because I was worried about this exact thing.
