I voted against the No Surprises Act because I was worried about this exact thing.

We have burdened them with an untenable amount of debt. And unfortunately, they are the ones who are going to have to pay it.

I cannot afford to see a Medicare patient. That is a tragedy.

It is a failure because of poor planning on the part of HHS and mismanagement of the law passed by Congress.
