Actually, that is a House bill that the Senate passed. So we would simply have to concur with the Senate amendment, and that would be the identical bill. But in this case the Slaughter rule would say we don't even have to bring that bill to the floor, we just deem it--Deem me up, Scotty--we just deem it as passed and then go on to the reconciliation process to try to fix some of the problems with the bill. No guarantee that they will be fixed.
