Who had the authority? Are you required to follow law as passed by Congress?
But unfortunately, every dollar that we are talking about is going to be borrowed.
I kind of knew this was happening, but like the chairman, I went to Fort Bliss in 2021.
I voted against the No Surprises Act because I was worried about this exact thing.
