Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The total amounts appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act for providing foreign assistance to the following countries are hereby reduced as follows: (1) For Guatemala, by $908,773,200. (2) For Honduras, by $560,732,400. (3) For El Salvador, by $251,362,800. The Acting CHAIR.
