I thank the chair and just echo Mr. Cardenas' thanks to all of our constituents for making the trip to be part of this field hearing.
Ultimately the decision was made by the Executive. People do need to hold the White House accountable on this. It is shameful. It should never have occurred.
Any doctor in this country that you asked that question will tell you that they have suffered significant reimbursement reductions.
