Mr. Chairman, the laudable goals of the 21st Century Cures Initiative, and they are indeed laudable, but we got to remember, at the end of the day, it is all about patients. Doctors want to heal. We want to cure.
Stresses that the focus of healthcare initiatives should ultimately be on patient outcomes.
