“House Resolution 672 provides for consideration of H.R. 2666, the No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act. The rule provides 1 hour of debate equally divided between the majority and the minority of the Energy and Commerce Committee. The Committee on Rules made in order three amendments that were submitted to the committee, all three of which were submitted by the minority. Finally, the rule affords the minority the customary motion to recommit, a final opportunity to amend the legislation should the minority choose to exercise that option.
