I yield myself 1 minute. The dean of the House described the amount of CFC released into the atmosphere as a ``piddling'' amount. Actually, the Food and Drug Administration has quantitated ``piddling'' for us in the Federal Register of November 19, 2008. They describe that as less than 0.1 percent of the total 1986 global production of CFCs. For the purpose of edification of the body, I did want to provide that information as to a definition of piddling. I reserve the balance of my time.
