As they multiply, the potential entry points for attacks of some sort multiply as well, and I don't think there has been nearly enough attention by the software companies, the hardware companies or us as individuals into safeguarding these little devices that we all carry around with us.

This is substituting the judgment of the administration for the judgment of Congress by reducing specific weapons systems that had been authorized and appropriated.
