It is not a guarantee, but it is the provision that there are grants available to provide medical care, open-ended medical care. I tried to limit it to 6 months after prison. It should be limited to the day they walk out. I tried to limit it to no plastic surgery in prison. They didn't do that. So, yes. You can continue to apply for medical care.
