Thank you, Mr. Westmoreland, for participating. You have made some great points. You know I have talked to a number of builders there in east Texas, where I represent, back in September. I know things were tough in a lot of places in the country back in September, but the contractors were telling me they are doing okay, you know, it's just not fantastic, but they are doing okay. As soon as we started hearing all the gloom and doom, I started to hear people say, you know, we were going to buy a house, we were going to build a house, we were going to buy a car. But since we are told we may be headed for depression, we are going to hold up and wait and see, you know, maybe sometime next year. We don't want to be buying a new house, or building a new house, or building a new building for our business if we are about to hit a depression. So what happens? People quit buying cars, they quit building. Contractors say, you know, we always love when the phone rings, that means it may be somebody that's about to build another building. But, lately, they cringe every time the phone rings, because it means someone else may be calling to say we had talked to you, we were planning on building something the first of the year, but let's hold up and wait and see if this depression really is coming.

And so there's widespread evidence of fraud 'cause people haven't done their jobs. Durham and Barr will deserve a big notation in history when it's written of the rise and fall of the United States if they don't clean up this mess, clean…

Look, 4,155 pages, and that doesn't include the couple of thousand pages of explanation, definition, and all this other stuff. At least with ObamaCare, 2,500 pages, we had time to go through it. I did. I read it, highlighted, made notes…
