We had a bill today regarding abortion; and when I think about saving lives of innocent babies, one name that comes to mind is Henry Hyde, and another name that comes to my mind is Chris Smith. We have some people that have worked tirelessly, selflessly on this issue, and one of those people is Chris Smith. He is a leader. I am proud to yield to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Smith).
