It actually puts an exclamation point on the fact that we have a two-tiered justice system. If you're a Republican, you can't even lie to Congress or lie to an FBI agent are -- they're coming after you.

When you do something like that, you send a clear message to the drug smugglers. You send a clear message to the human smugglers that the United States is not going to tolerate individuals just false claiming to come into the United States.

So, we can set the record straight--and I know it is not intentional misleading - but, even the courts have made clear there was no Muslim ban.
