Patients need more control, not the insurance companies and not the government. And then eight, ``Prohibit expansion of taxpayer-funded health care to those unlawfully present in the United States.'' One of the things in my bill, if you're going to get a visa to come into this country, then you will do--and some countries already require it--then you have to show that you will have health care insurance coverage while you're in this country or you don't get a visa. And if your health care insurance expires while you're here, the visa does too--you've gotta go.…
