“I am grateful to my dear friend from Iowa (Mr. King). I know we have a good friend here on the other side of the aisle who was recently quoted as saying something along the lines that Mr. King and I have never met an immigrant that we didn't think was a criminal, something of that sort, and I like the gentleman from Illinois, Luis Gutierrez. I think he is a good guy. I think he has a big heart. But the truth is escaping him on such grandiose claims. He doesn't know my heart. I know he is a good guy. He has a big heart.
