It should be noted in all those little areas, you talk about all the new parts of government that are created and brought together in this--it's not a health care bill. It's a GRE--government running everything--bill. But they all have little references to the specific areas within the law that created them and created the relationship. That's one thing. Another thing is, you know, all of the records, the medical records that people consider so personal and so dear will be in the Federal Government control. I think they are contracting out to their dear benefactors and contributors at General Electric, but they will have all that information, and the IRS could have access to your most personal information. Can you imagine the debt collectors of America being able to have your most personal medical records? Well, that's what will occur here, and there's a great quote from Patrick Henry. People remember, ``Is life so dear and peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?'' He had one quote where he said, ``The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government--lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.'' When I look at that board and I look at all the new government that is just going to be overwhelming people, they don't need the doctor after they start dealing with all this stuff.…
