Before the gentleman gets too far, reclaiming my time, I want to point out, he and I have been down to the classified area and viewed the TPP, but as I understand it, the President is going to be allowed to add like 20 percent to that that we have not even had an opportunity to see. So even when we say we have been down to the classified area, they made it available, we have been through it, we can't say that all of it was provided. Is that your understanding?
