Mr. Speaker, just closing with one line from Benjamin Franklin: Without God's concurring aid, we will succeed in our political building no better than the builders of Babel confounded by our local partial interests and becoming a byword down through the ages. Mr. Speaker, we pray for his wisdom for the Supreme Court. I yield back the balance of my time. ____________________
