Will the gentleman yield for a question? You know, the President has been promising Members on the other side, if you will just pass this bill--Speaker Pelosi has been promising people on the other side, if you will just pass this bill, then between now and November, there are going to be things in this bill that kick in that are going to make America love you and want to vote for you in November. And I was just curious if the gentleman knows what the biggest thing is that kicks in immediately in this bill between now and election time.
