I appreciate my friend from Wisconsin so much in giving voice to those who have no voice. We hear so often on this floor from people who mean what they say as they say: We have an obligation to help the most vulnerable amongst us, to help those who cannot help themselves. And having held my first-born child in both hands--I could have held her in one, but I didn't want to take a chance--I held a child that was smaller than some of these in this tale of horror of abortions, to think that someone could take scissors and cut the back of the neck and cut the spine and literally kill a child, it's virtually too much to take in. I hope others will see the wisdom of what Sean Duffy was talking about. But it does seem people have been desensitized to so many things they need to be re-sensitized to.…
