Well, I don't know about eloquently, but I am certainly coming from the heart. There are a lot of people who we've heard from who are hurting, and they had great hopes because we elected a President who said he brought hope. Yet what we have seen so far is not hope. It is not change. It is the same thing Secretary Paulson started. It's just throwing more money at the wrong places. So what we have heard--and again, as my friend from Texas has pointed out--is that we do not have a final bill. We are supposed to vote tomorrow on the biggest spending bill in the history of the world, not just of this country, and we still do not have the bill. The latest information we've heard is that people, the taxpayers, are down to--it has kept coming down--what may be $800 per family. It may be less than that. It depends on your circumstances. People were promised better than that. There is a plan out there that has been proposed. I don't care who puts his name on it. It is a very good plan. It puts money immediately in people's next paychecks. If we pass it tomorrow, they could have it in their checks as soon as the President signs it. They could have it that day or the next day. It's a tax holiday where people get their own withholding, where they get their own FICA back. For the small businesses, they don't have to pay FICA in, and it's paid for by money that has already been allocated.
