I thank my colleague from California (Mr. Rohrabacher), a member of the Science, Space, and Technology Committee, for yielding me time. I simply want to say that this amendment requires an independent report about the inclusion of spaceflight participants in the indemnification regime. This is an important topic, and gathering additional information on this policy would be helpful for future legislation. Requiring this study is reasonable and consistent with the spirit and the policies of the underlying bill, so I support it.
