Thank you, Chairwoman Comstock, for holding such an interesting and important hearing today.

We can do this in part by better educating American students in STEM subjects.

This will not change unless taxpayers' money is better invested.

I do appreciate the direction that you're taking the agency now compared to the last Administration.
