Mr. Speaker, Democrats in Congress won't tell the American people how much they're going to raise their taxes. They're going to wait till after the election when we come back into session. And Democrats in Congress won't tell the American people how they're going to spend their money. For the first time in 35 years, no budget was offered. Meanwhile, the Democrats are spending almost $2 for every $1 the Federal Government collects. That puts a drag on the economy and kills jobs. The American people have had enough. It's time to end the one-party monopoly in Washington. ____________________
